WALKING GROUP
Pub lunchtime openings are currently in something of a flux so starting points (usually a pub) and walks may change. We will give the best notice we can before each walk.
Walks take place on the first Wednesday of every month. We move off at 10.00 am and cover about 4 miles so expect to end no later than 12.15.
Friends are welcome to join us. We have members of other Probus clubs walking with us from time to time.
Pubs often like to know how many they will be serving. It would be helpful if all intending to walk and/or eat would let the walk leader know if they mean to join us for either or both.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome too. At the discretion of the walk leader, they may be let off their leads.
Walkers are advised to wear boots.
If you would be kind enough to lead a walk - perhaps one from a pub you like or in an area you like - we would be very grateful indeed.
